특징


  • 단백질을 등전점에 따라 분리하는 precast gel 
  • 2D를 하기 위한 전 단계에 사용되며, PAGE gel을 이용하여 2D 진행
  • 타 전기영동장치(Novex, Invitrogen 등)에 호환 가능
