* Clusterin requires at least a 1:4000 dilution when assaying serum and plasma samples. 
* Cystatin C requires at least a 1:4000 dilution when assaying serum and plasma samples.
* Urine samples require a 10-fold dilution. A suggested 10-fold dilution is 20uL of samples + 180uL of Calibrator Diluent RD6-62 (diluted 1:5).
